Performance Academy

The Performance Academy is a Technical development program for youth soccer players that is brought to you by Coerver® Coaching, "The World's #1 Soccer Skills Teaching Method", and their international partner adidas®.

Coaching Performance Academies around the world with the aim of maximizing each player's development. This is achieved by providing each player with professional coaching, age specific technical and physiological programs, top class facilities and an extensive support program on and off the training field.

Our aim is to develop confident and creative players while teaching essential social skills such as good sportsmanship and respect, in addition to a good attitude to practice and play. The Performance Academy is a progressive series of instruction in Ball Mastery, Receiving and Passing, 1v1 Attacking skills, Speed (including the speed of thought), Finishing and Small Group Play. All this results in improving player’s ball control, 1v1 skills, creativity, speed of play and overall Soccer IQ.

The Performance Academy Enrollment and Placement

Performance Academy for Outfield Players operates a 3 level, interchangeable development pathway that consists of First Skills, Development, and Advanced programs. Placement into the Advanced Academy programs is through assessment and recommendation by a Coerver® Staff Coach.

First Skills Academy

The Coerver® First Skills soccer training program is for boys and girls aged between 4-8 years old. Fun is the cornerstone of the curriculum with an introduction to basic skills and a positive experience in the game featuring individual and team contests, small sided games and a mini World Cup Competition. The atmosphere is energetic and joyful as we encourage all soccer players to learn to love the game. Players in this program are taught the same training material as the Development Academy players however it is presented in a format which is geared towards younger players.

Developmental Academy

Is open to all recreational, academy and competitive players aspiring to become more competitive players ages 8-16 years old.

Advanced Topics

Is open for players ages 10 to 16 who have been part of Coerver® events in the past and are recommended for the Advanced Level by a Coerver® Staff coach. It is also available for ODP level players, including Premier teams and players who are recommended by their respective Academy Director, DOC or, Head Coach and possess technical qualities to be a part of the Advanced Academy level. This program will expand on the curriculum contained in our Performance Academy program and focus on specific topics such as FINISHING, ADVANCED BALL MASTERY, GROUP ATTACK, THE KILLER PASS and STAR MODEL PLAYERS such as Luis Suarez, Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar.

Each player will be assessed on our 4S player development model

Each player’s performance in these four areas will determine which level of The Performance Academy the player will be offered a place within.

The Performance Academy offers a market-leading player package that has been designed to maximize the Technical, Physical, Psychological and Social development potential of each player. Each level includes the following:

Technical Coaching

1 hour session X 12 weeks = 48 hours a year of on the ball training.

Costs

Monthly Tuition $80 Per Month / $240 per quarter
Uniform Fee $76 New Players Only

Tuition fees may vary by location however uniform fee is the same at all locations. Please check individual locations registration for more information. Players must register for a minimum of (3) months which coincides with our 12 week curriculum. Due to the structure of our program, players may join at anytime provided space is available. Tuition is paid either in full or on an automatic recurring monthly basis payment plan. Payment plans include an additional $3.00 per month processing fee.
