Coerver® Coaching Texas understand that registering your player for one of our programs takes future planning and sometimes these plans do not always work out. It is our mission to provide a positive experience for our families and we will work with you to provide options, credits or refunds depending on your individual circumstances. Refund Policy
Each program carries a stated $50 non-refundable deposit to register. This deposit shall be considered part of the total programs fees and not an additional fee on top of of the program fees. Refund requests received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start of the program may be refunded in full, but are not guaranteed. Refund requests received with in 30 days to the scheduled start of the program will be refunded in full less the $50 non-refundable deposit. Once a program has begun, there will be no refunds unless extenuating circumstances warrant on a case by case basis by Coerver® Coaching Texas administration. If a refund is granted the amount of the refund will include reductions for training sessions already performed as well as the $50 non-refundable deposit fee. The non-refundable deposit fee is to cover lost revenue caused by your removal of a training spot in a limited space program. There will be no refunds issued for uniform fees once a uniform has been distributed. There will be no refunds of any amount for weather or other acts of God affected programs. We do our best to add hours to remaining sessions to make-up as much lost time within the original program date range and/or through an extension of the program date range where field availability and staffing allows.

Injury Policy
Being an action sports program we understand that there is always potential for your child to become injured prior to the start of their program. If your child experiences an injury that prevents them from attending their scheduled program, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Our first course of action will be to reschedule your child’s participation in our program for a date in the future after their injury has properly healed. If rescheduling is not possible we will issue a refund for any monies you have paid minus the $50 cancelation fee, provided you are able to submit a doctors note that your child is unable to attend program due to their injury. Uniform fees will not be refunded after distribution.
Performance Academy (Only) Uniform Policy
Coerver® Coaching Texas requires all participants in our Performance Academy program to purchase a Coerver® / adidas® Performance Academy uniform prior to participation in our program. Our program is a non-affiliated player development academy which prides itself on the ability for players to develop their technical skills in an environment which is condusive to player development. As a result, we will not allow the politics of recreational, academy or club soccer to influence our learning environment. Complete uniform purchase is only required upon initial registration, if any item of the uniform requires replacement due to loss, damage or growth, items may be purchased individually or as a complete replacement uniform kit. Uniform fees will not be refunded after distribution.
